MTIC final project

For the completion of MTIC Program, student is required to prepare a final project, which could take form of either Thesis or Policy Paper.

  • A Policy Paper is a decision-making tool that defines an urgent policy issue, identifies and evaluates policy options, recommends a preferred alternative. It does not aim at gathering and analyzing data about a policy problem (i.e. research), but at developing a set of recommendations for action.
  • A Thesis consists of argument(s) combined with the description and discussion of research that is taken. It requires the writer to critically review all available publications and attempts to add element(s) of original research to it. This aim to adapt someone else’s research plan for the situation the writer intends to investigate
